From training Australia’s heaviest man to Professional fighters, Champions and everyone in between, Coach Jim has the experience and knowledge to transform our members lives.
Coach Jim decided to begin his Martial arts journey in 2006 after being overweight and bullied his whole life. He turned his life around, lost 35kg and went on to win the 2007 NSW and 2009 Australian MMA Championship. He began coaching in 2010 and has trained all around the world with the best fighters and coaches on the planet. He is extremely passionate about sharing the knowledge he has obtained and developed with our members. Coach Jim strives to help others achieve their goals and dreams as well as his own, in 2014 he became the youngest UFC Judge and in 2017 he became the youngest Australian UFC referee in History. In 2022 and 2023 he Coached team Australia at the World Kickboxing Championships in Italy and Germany. He is driven to make the Australian Kickboxing Academy the best Kickboxing academy on the planet.
