Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order with Australian Kickboxing Academy, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with Australian Kickboxing Academy for the sale and supply of any products and services. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Australian Kickboxing Academy. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, to provide offers and information on our products and services to you. The information you provide is only available to Australian Kickboxing Academy and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Australian Kickboxing Academy to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Australian Kickboxing Academy Conditions, you agree to the above.

All products remain Australian Kickboxing Academy property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Australian Kickboxing Academy.

All transfers conducted through Australian Kickboxing Academy are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Australian Kickboxing Academy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Australian Kickboxing Academy has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Australian Kickboxing Academy shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products or services if available.

Australian Kickboxing Academy offers a return or exchange on apparel and equipment purchases, with the exclusion of headwear, groin guards, mouth guards, sale items and gift cards.  Please contact our Customer Service Team via info@akaoz.com.au to lodge a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Because physical exercise and martial arts training can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities that you are are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation in this exercise, and you do so entirely at your own risk.

Any recommendation for changes in diet including the use of food supplements, weight reduction and/or body building enhancement products are entirely your responsibility and you should consult a physician prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement changes. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Australian Kickboxing Academy from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Australian Kickboxing Academy and its employees for personal injury or property damage.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
